I recently started seeing Mauvia after a bit of a depressive breakdown, and she has been an amazing person to have in my corner listening to my thoughts and offering her input to help me see things outside my own perspective. Sometimes therapists make you feel judged or like you can’t be fully honest with them, and that is not the case at all with Mauvia. I truly feel able to share anything with her knowing that she will hold compassion for me and help guide me to get myself through the tough parts of life.
