Very rude and unprofessional. Spent 15 minutes asking very generic questions and was very dismissive of everything I said. Acted like she knew my conditions better than I did. She then altered my medical records without my permission by marking a condition that I am currently receiving care for as “resolved” and removed two other diagnoses that are extensively documented in my medical history.
