Exceptional expertise and experience
Dr Hong is friendly & through in his explanation of what he is monitoring with my loop implant.. He explains what he can tell & not tell about my cardiac health from the electronic recording. He answers all my questions.
Explained thoroughly what needed to be done and why. Got a last minute insurance snafu sorted out, avoiding a return trip to the hospital.
Telecommunications check up and what the plan is next for me to receive.

Dr. Hong did a great job for me with my pacemaker/defibrillator. Before our surgery, we asked him to explain his complicated medical verbiage and he did so for me and my family to our satisfaction. I did experience SERIOUS issues with the Medtronics monitor and we never had anyone from Medtronics call us to discuss after we were alerted by the Device Clinic as to the serious complications that I experienced.
