Very talented and sympatico agent. I decided not to buy anything at Hilton Head, but if I had, I would certainly have asked Maureen to help. Unfortunately, this review does not provide a n.a. for skills that I was unable to observe, like negotiation and process expertise. But based on her immense knowledge pf properties and responsiveness, I saw no reason to give a lower grade for the other two.

I met with Maureen twice and on my second visit was a very serious buyer. After looking at about a dozen places, Maureen looked at me and said, "I think I have exactly what you want but it is not what you asked me to look for so just humor me..." My husband and I really enjoyed working with Maureen. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Bluffton/Hilton Head area. She really understood what we were looking for and showed us a wide range of properties that fit our needs. She was a joy to tour homes with, was very responsive and patient! We have been in our new home in Bluffton for almost two years now and we know it is absolutely the right place for us. Maureen helped make that happen.
