Great job finding a home that met our needs, including space for sewing and storing a lot of fabric. The market was tough with low inventory but Maureen was able to find exactly what we need. Responsive, respectful and very knowledgeable. We would work with Maureen again if we were to sell or buy a home in the future.

Maureen did a fantastic job of finding exactly what we wanted in a home. Her follow up after the contract was signed was second to none. Every detail was thoroughly covered to make sure there were no surprises at closing. If you are shopping for a home in Hilton Head, I highly reccomend her!

We met Maureen when we made the decision to retire to Hilton Head South Carolina from Maryland. We explained to Maureen what our expectations were for retiring here -- smaller home, things to do, friendly neighbors and in reasonable proximity to the beach. If you are thinking about buying a house call Maureen immediately! My boyfriend and I moved from the Midwest for work. We only had one day to come down to South Carolina to look at houses and Maureen was there for us! We had an idea about what we wanted and Maureen showed us some great options. Having lived and worked on Hilton Head Island for many years, Maureen is very knowledgeable in the real estate market. She is very down to earth, honest, and easy to work with. We worked with Maureen for over a year, as we searched and then relocated down here from the midwest.
