My mother has been a patient for Dr. Long for the past 4 years and the nurse Ashley is very rude and unprofessional. My mother requested an older medication that she had before and they refused and asked for her to come in to be seen again when she was just there a few days ago. Ashley has a rude demeanor and talked to my mom in a degrading way. She is switching doctors and refuses to come here again after her experience with Ashley. Spoke with Debbie today, very rude. My family first visit was in May, the providers were wonderful. However Debbie was not. We will not return. My son is a diabetic and we were calling to get his contact reordered because we only recieve a 6 month supply. She argued with me on the phone that they signed for a year supply (very unprofessional) we had no reason to lie. I've always had a great experience at Dr longs office, there were times when I couldn't afford glasses and Dr longs office was affiliated with the lions club organization and that's how I got my glasses.
