We have been "regulars" at Maudie's for many years now. The staff is excellent and the service is outstanding! The food is delicious, by far the best Mexican food we've had in the Austin area. The grande house margaritas are the absolute best! Saul, our favorite server brings them to us as soon as we have been seated! Can't get any better than that!

Excellent fish tacos. Service was impeccable. Atmosphere fun and lively. Atmosphere....beautiful.
RecommendedService and food are generally good. If you try to eat at prime time you will find yourself waiting in line for a table but this is true nearly anyplace. Occasionally they have white cheese queso. This is the highlight of my life and I wish they would have it available at all times. They also would please many if they would spring for a little sugar and offer sweet tea.

The bar is the best service. Great service, drinks, food. The restaurant part - food is good but service not so much. Mornings is the worst because they are eating theirs and talking and not paying attention to the customers.
My husband and I have been eating there for a few years. Everyone treats us so special. I always enjoy the food there. It my granddaughter Reanah's favorite place to eat.
