Jim M I don't normally do reviews online, but I am making an exception for this company. They took the settling floor problem I was having and from my first interaction with them, I was impressed by their knowledge and expertise with the situation. They were extremely fair with their assessment and cost, with all the work that need to be done to save a section of my house. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for foundation repair work.
WOW! theses guys are great ! WOW these guys are great ! worked on a project on a very scary hill side i had doughts on if it could even bee done but these guys were the hardest working crew i have ever seem. They ran onto a few problems but the client was not charged any extra. this firm is some one you need to know, and the owner is super nice.
Foundation Fixed Our house developed a foundation crack, which was allowing the corner of the house to sink. I called Matvey construction and they came out right away and gave me a bid. Since Matvey is a structural engineer his bid included the engineering. I also contacted another foundation repair contractor who referred me to two structural engineers. Both those engineers proposed expensive geotechnical studies, land surveys and excessive fixes (including a piering technology that would not have been allowed by the city).... read more
