Looks great on the surface, BUT... This outfit did some work in my basement to deal with shoring up the load bearing wall--you don't want them to work in yours. They didn't attach any of the new structure either to the house or to the ground. It was free to fall down with the first earthquake. They offered a warranty on their work, which I would have needed had the house gotten a shaking. Had to get another contractor in to fix what they were supposed to do right.
Excellent work! If you need foundation repair Matveyâs construction is the way to go. The work that Matveyâs company did to level the corner of my house and seal cracks that had occurred due to some settling was outstanding. They were the only company that took the time to actually give me a realistic, accurate bid without trying to up-sell me on useless work that did not need to be done. We have determined that this was not a job completed by Matvey Construction and could have possibly been posted mistakenly by another companies client. Excellent work, friendly and knowledgeable Matvey construction has done a couple of sizable jobs for our 102 year old building. Mat and his crew make extremely large and heavy-duty jobs seem easy. Their work is quick but thorough, and I would highly recommend them to anybody needing work done around water permeation issues or building structure.
Excellent Service Matvey Construction worked with our co -op to inspect our building for water damage, designed a repair plan and then completed the work within the time line that was projected. The owner, Mat, was willing to meet with our board on his own time, answered our calls and questions very quickly and gave full reports of the work done. This Firm knows what they are doing Matvey Construction has been an incredible help to us and our building. We're a multi unit co-op building with a leaking and basement and a small budget. KHS Matvey construction performed leveling and structural enhancement of our foundation. They worked very hard in difficult to get to areas, performed well, cleaned up nicely, and finished on time. They also found issues with our roof drainage and repaired them quickly without additional costs. Job well done.
