These guys are the best! My wife and I are at different comfort levels and were able to choose a mattress we thought was going to be perfect for the both of us. After sleeping on the new mattress for a week, we discovered it was too firm for even me!(I like more firm and my wife likes softer) We reached out to the owner (had his number because he delivers and removes the old mattress himself!!) at 9am on a Sunday morning and he assured us it would soften. I worked with Anthony on behalf of an elderly friend of mine. He went out of his way to make sure she got what she needed. And when we had a snafu he jumped in with all kindness to fix the problem that wasn’t even his. I think that this company and Anthony in particular are very, very special.

Such a great experience! We moved to Austin from out of state and spent all day looking at larger mattress retailers, all of which were out of the mattresses we liked for two weeks. We happened to be passing by Matrezzz Guys and stopped in. Within ten minutes Frank helped us find a great mattress, box spring and bed frame at a great price, and got it all delivered right away. Fantastic customer service!!

Frank is the best. Helped me find exactly what I needed and his vast knowledge of the inventory kept me from having to lay down on each one. We are so pleased and will definitely go back to replace the mattress in our guest room.
