Had a wonderful experience working with Megan. She got me a great deal on an adjustable base and mattress!
I went there looking for a twin size mattress. I didn’t want to spend a fortune since it is for my toddler. And Megan helped me find the one for him. And gave me the option of same day pick up with what stock she had available. So professional and nice even with my rambunctious child running a muck. She was the sweetest and even with technology troubles she maintained that professionalism. I highly recommend going here and working with her.
Avoid Mattress Warehouse in Knightdale. I received a damaged mattress on delivery, and even with a protection plan and photos showing the damage (with delivery staff present), they refused to replace it. I contacted the store manager, Megan, the same day via both numbers on her business card—never heard back. When I followed up in person, she claimed the number was no longer valid but still hands out the same cards. She blamed me for not reporting it on time, even though I did. Worst customer service… Went in, everything went well. Associate helped her narrow it down between two made by the same come. One softer than the other. Sales rep kept calling them the more firm or less firm. Never heard there real names. Picked the softer one she did the paper work and we left. Find out at the delivery she typed in the wrong name on the order which is the firmest mattress and we are now stuck with it. Nothing they can do to make the situation right.
