I can not recommend this company, let me share my experience. I purchased a mattress and before the delivery date I called to cancel it, to confirm the cancelation I went to the store in person but while I was in the store they delivered the matress at home. I called next day explained the issue and as per the sale person they were supposed to pickup the matress at home. Worst experience ever, its a shame im not able to give them less stars. They treat you great as long as they are trying to sell u a matress but once u buy, they wont care about you anymore. Jackelin sold me a mattress for $750 under the promise that i had 30 day to exchange it or return it (a lie). I didn't like the mattress and went to get a refund. Cobran de forma abusiva sus colchones haciendo creer que tienen 25 años de garantia. Me cobraron $ 4500 por el colchon. Llevo seis meses tratando de que me cambien el colchon por que no sirve. Ahora salen con la excusa de que la garantia esta anulada por que el colchon esta sucio y la ropa de cama no era higienica. Pero NUNCA fueron a ver el colchon. No tienen verguenza
