I actually could give this five stars. The service was great. The delivery set up was efficient. As part of the gift offer we chose a pillow. however, my husband does not like it. We are unable to return it. It seems strange that you can exchange a mattress, but you can’t exchange a pillow. I used a pillow protector And pillow pillowcase. He laid on it for about 30 minutes and determined it was too hard. I think we should at least be able to exchange it for something else if not return it completely. If you let them deliver, you will regret it! The sales people in Franklin were knowledgeable and helpful, so I was expecting a similar positive experience with delivery. Unfortunately, it couldn’t have been worse. The delivery men looked like they just came from a homeless shelter, were talking about how one was going to miss a movie, and were careless to an astonishing degree.
