The two gentlemen that delivered our mattress and boxspring were exceptional. Very professional and courteous. They did a great job. Really enjoying the mattress. A great experience overall.
Two men quickly and efficiently fixed my bed.
I actually could give this five stars. The service was great. The delivery set up was efficient. As part of the gift offer we chose a pillow. however, my husband does not like it. We are unable to return it. It seems strange that you can exchange a mattress, but you can’t exchange a pillow. I used a pillow protector And pillow pillowcase. He laid on it for about 30 minutes and determined it was too hard. I think we should at least be able to exchange it for something else if not return it completely.
