The lady and gentleman working in the store were very patient and welcoming .... we told them we knew hat we were looking for and preferred just to look at the mattresses on our own.... they graciously stepped back and let us wander .... we found our mattress ... and they stepped up to arrange delivery.... the other stores in the cool springs were staffed with pushy sales people who wouldnt allow us to look and consider the options.... We definately reccomend that you do your research, check a few stores but buy from Mattres... read more

*3 month update* We are trying to sell this mattress since the store doesn't have a return policy, so if you hate your mattress after sleeping on it for a few months, you are out of luck. It gives me husband and I the worst backache and migraines. We started to sleep on the floor instead because that is how bad the mattress is. We can't afford a new one as we are still paying off this one with $6200 left to pay. So aggravated.
