Max was GREAT!!!. I told him what I needed in a mattress and he went over everything on the phone. Gave me the discounted price on a Beauty Rest queen and had it delivered for free. Pablo and Carlos, the delivery team, showed up like clock work the next morning and even set the mattress up in the guest bedroom. This Mattress Firm ROCKS!!!!
