He followed up to confirm and when we arrived was welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. While my daughter tested all the beds, he was able to answer all of my questions. I just purchased a king size pillow top mattress from Jay.. i highly recommend you check him out before going anywhere else!!! He was very personable & helpful. I must have tried every mattress in the darn place while we chatted away.. ole Roxy was quite the charmer as well.. I can’t say enough good about this guy. Very friendly and helpful. Awesome deal on a mattress/box spring set. After making my purchase we sat around for a while and talked like we knew each other forever. I also love spending my money in a local business with a regular guy like me. Did I also mention the same day delivery? Actually two hour delivery after my purchase! Also, you have to go in the store and meet his dog Roxie. Don’t let her stern face fool you......she is a baby!

I came in and bought a bed from jay just the other week for my son.He was very approachable, professional, and helpful.Prices are very fair and he does deliveries himself and he also was able to accommodate my request of that day delivery which is unheard of!i highly recommend doing business with this man and this company .Remember this company -Mattress Direct!
