Bought a Tulo Mattress- Great price but uncomfortable. RETURN PROCESS IS A NIGHTMARE- Sales associate acted like a pouty baby when I made return and failed to save my customer info. I paid with card and was told my info wasnt saved in the system (after giving it to 3 people) so my refund would be a check. Was told the check would take 3 days to arrive, then 1 week, now 4 to 6 weeks. Am dissapointed by this service and am still waiting for my refund.....................

I went into Mattress Firm and was leaning toward a memory foam one. I had planned to check with one other store to compare products and prices prior to purchasing. That changed once I spent some time with David Wampler, the manager, of one of the stores because he was very informative and did a great job of explaining the materials and features of the foam beds so I ended up buying a Serta iComfort Blue Touch 1000 firm mattress on the spot. He gave me a fair deal and took care of me. I can't wait to get my new bed tomorrow!

David was very familiar with the products and helped us find the perfect mattress quickly and efficiently based just on our description. We were in and out in no time with a quality bargain. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience at this location! Nathan helped me find a great mattress based on my back and neck issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I tested several different mattresses and pillows and found the perfect one at an amazing price! I can't wait till my mattress gets here tomorrow! I also purchased the sheets, mattress cover, and an amazing pillow! Highly recommend!
