I walked in and did not know what to expect. I was greeted by Mr. William. He was very nice and informative. He built rapport with me and knew what I needed. He was attentive and showed that he cared about what I needed. He did not make it feel like I was only a sale. He walked me out with my mattress and mattress cover! I was very happy and pleased! Thank you Mr. William
I want to thank Mr. William Boyd for helping me and being so knowledgeable. I came in with an idea in mind and he didn’t necessarily try to sell me a mattress, he helped ME decide through knowledge, experience, technology, and expertise which mattress was best for me. He made something that was a bit difficult, that much easier just by being so warm, welcoming, and caring. I would recommend you go and see him if you need a mattress. Thank you Mr. Will!!
