I put a bad review on this place because when they delivered my mattress they broke my stairs. I kept calling them and sending them emails to come and fix it for me and they never did. It took almost one year for me to be fighting them until this day. They still have not even contact me regarding the fix. I had to repair it on my own shame on them and the bad thing is that they have removed my review every time I put a review it’s removed so they only keep the reviews that they want. Amazing customer service Byron delivered my mattress today. It was super helpful. Put it where I needed it. I even offered to tip them, but they refused it. I offered twice they were super nice and helpful very fast and efficient definitely will order my next mattress from them.
Very helpful in finding the best mattress for my sleeping comfort. Also at an affordable price.
