When we got there we both made a joke...here comes the pushy salesman....but our salesman Dan was really great. We went and test like every mattress there. We narrowed it to 2 manufacturers. He spent awhile helping with the buying and delivery of the mattress. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We are both really happy with the professionalism and his ability to help us.
Naeem was so professional and very knowledgeable on mattres. He treated my husband and I like family. I am so excited about our new mattress. You should come and check out Mattress Firm you will not be disappointed. I know it's just a mattress, but the old saying, "You get what you pay for" Thank you Naeem for an excellent experience.

Una excelente atención, muy buen servicio por parte de Naeem, esperamos tener una buena experiencia y satisfacción con el producto , cosas a mejorar, seria conveniente que desde el principio le dieran al cliente un precio total, pero a medida que se fue concretando el negocio salían mas y mas cobros (entrega, instalación, garantia) por que no dar un total desde el inicio sin costos adicionales?
