Great, friendly and helpful service. Marlene is the best! We are from the Mainland and she helped us pick out the best mattress over the phone so it would be delivered when we got there. Delivery was also right on time, quick and clean.

Store was clean and our sales person Sam was really helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. No pushy tactics and answered all our questions and met our criteria of what we wanted without trying to upsell . Our focus was on comfort regardless of price and he delivered.
Mattress Firm Kapolei was so good to me in November 2023 when I bought my Stearns & Foster mattress, that I HAD to return there when I needed a replacement after the Towers condo fire ruined all my belongings. Loyalty means something when you're treated right, and Mattress Firm Kapolei not only treated me right back in 2023, but they treated me right again today. So happy with the customer service and the kindness my sale associate demonstrated.
