The lady and gentlemen that were there today were extremely helpful and nice. They stayed within our budget, didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need, got us a good mattress, and it took less than 45 minutes.
Staci was fabulous helping me hone in on best choice and do as much of paperwork as possible. Dawn was great to help me finish purchase. My only complaint is not on local store but on Company itself. I had to make 2 trips due to Mattress Firm system outage. I realize that couldn’t be controlled but the Company needs option to finish online in such case. Update: Had delivery today and the guys were fabulous! Really went above and beyond to set up nicely!
