Dawn was the sales rep that greeted me when I walked in the door. She asked me what I would like to see and I told her queens but also budget. She took me straight to a section and pointed out specifics about certain mattresses. I gave her my thoughts, she pulled out a couple samples for me to test and in minutes we were ringing up two sets and she was really polite and considerate. Staci gave awesome customer service and was patient with us. We went 4 times looking at mattresses and never felt overly pressured to buy. Work with Staci, she's awesome. Our mattress doesn't arrive until Monday, but we are sure we made the right investment. If not, we will try again.
