We had a wonderful experience purchasing our mattress at the Mattress Firm location at 38 Nardozzi Place In New Rochelle. Store Manager Roxanna Chambers was fantastically helpful!!! She is extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses at the store. Our mattress was delivered promptly the next day with an expert crew setting up our new king size bed.
The new Rochelle store was very accommodating to my problem. I had a defective mattress and they were able To take care of the #Warranty. I have been working with Roxanna who was in the PORT CHESTER store first for over a year now and I have been totally satisfied with her expertise snd her caring to get you the proper mattress. So when I had this problem Mattress Firm said yes they were going to give me a new mattress because this one was collapsing on the side.
