Orlando wa terrific! We have never had someone go through the decision making process with us like he did... he was so helpful with letting us know how and why the mattresses work this way or that. This was so helpful with our 89 yr old mom, esp. with the why's and how to work the adjustable bed and why one type of mattress will work for her, but why another won't work in the long run. I've just entered the family with my mattress from mattress Firm and I did not personally go into the store and deal with people over the phone and directly and ordered offline and now with the second base of this I've even got a return schedule and for a different Master to better my comfort and my experience has been painless and they have been very helpful throughout the whole process and I highly recommend the quality of service that you get when you deal with mattress Firm
