In store staff was great, however the product not so much. I purchased the Posturepedic Plus Hybrid High Point 14" Firm Mattress - Prime - King. It was $2,500, and I thought I was making a great investment. However, I was wrong. The mattress did not hold up well, and is everything but firm, especially when it comes to lumbar support. We found a great mattress at great price for our guest bedroom. We worked with Dylon who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about the products.
Dillon was helpful and knowledgeable and I’d purchase my next mattress from him.
Had a personal emergency and needed to replace my mattress on a moments notice. I came in late on a Saturday night and in under 20 minutes Dylan Hall got me the deal of a lifetime and sleeping well the very next night! Can't recommend them enough.
