It's worth I'm paying for. Quiet and whenever I called for any repair, even I leave a message, they response so quick. The only concern is why I'm paying the water the same as the other residence that I am the only one living on the unit. If they said it is by footage. Oh well it is not the footage that uses the water. But, then I still like the community.
The 1st two years I was okay with what I paid for its a cheap apt. Not sure whats going on with Maintenance now. This is the second time there is some miss-communication and I have suffered through it. The first was the AC. I was told it was okay and to just let it run. This was last summer when it was hot. It didnt work. They came back a second time and told me it was fixed but it wasnt. Then they forgot to tell me that they were ordering a part for my AC so I was in the heat for about 7 days.
