RecommendedMy partner and I recently moved into a one bedroom in 2929 Dunvale and are loving it. The process was so easy (thanks to our leasing agent) and the apartment has been exactly what we were looking for. They helped us move within the building to the perfect apartment.
There’s a lot to love about 2929 Dunvale including fantastic amenities but the staff are by far the best part. They are just incredible — they are warm, friendly, and go above and beyond for me and my family.
They provide 24/7 service with the most generous and caring staff. They do everything they can to truly make you feel safe, and feel at home. Not only is there front desk service 5 star, but their facilities service is also beyond easy and quick.
I used to live here and am sad I had to relocate out of state for a work contract. I'll be back! best community I have lived in so far, thanks to awesome management and cool neighbors.

My experience has been fantastic at 2929 Dunvale. Have lived here for nearly a year and I have zero complaints. You won't find a better location in the city, the apartments are essentially brand new, and the management is top of the line. Easy 5/5.
Everyone who lives here and works here are great, can't say enough good things about them. It is a fantastic place to live and in a prime location. Easy to get to anywhere in the city via subway or car, or even walk. Roof deck with grills in the summer has stunning views.
The staff at this building is incredible. I've been impressed from day one at their professionalism and their ability to remember even the smallest of details in passing. He makes the place feel safe, and he always has a way of brightening up even a rainy day.
Amazing house with amazing apartments and amazing views. Visited my friends and I was amazed. The view is amazing and unforgettable!!! Also building is very clean. All bells and whistles.
