My sister and I live together in a two-bedroom apartment at 2929Dunvale and absolutely love it here. The building staff is amazing. They go out of their way every day to be helpful and solve any problems that arise. All of the apartments are brand new and well sized. Plus, we have a balcony and the views are amazing. We love our apartment so much that we even convinced our other sister to move in two doors down on the same floor. Her studio is spacious with equally gorgeous views.
It is a beautiful facility with great customer service. They are very cordial and professional. I highly recommend!!!

The maintenance crew is on top of their game. 2929 Dunvale was our home and we will miss the people that made our stay there so pleasant.
My wife and I have lived at 2929 Dunvale for almost a year now (we are renewing our lease) and have absolutely loved it.
This building was recommended to me by my friend who lives there and after touring several other luxury buildings it was hands down the winner. In my opinion, the shared spaces are one of the most tastefully done and well designed in Texas.
2929 Dunvale staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great apartments but her excellent service won me over!!
