Don't expect customer service – I didn't give sales person my perscription when I purchased my $4000 mattress. Called 2 days later to get refund for the sales tax(only) and was told to deal with the state comptroller's office. They could care less that they took a very satified customer to a VERY unsatified customer. I am building a new home and will be buying 6 new mattresses but it won't be from this company.
beware – I was initially pleased when I went to the Matress Firm. They seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Infortunately, they never showed to deliver my mattress, never called, brought the wrong equiptment when they showed up, and gave me many problems about a refund, even though I had been assured if I was not satisfied in any way I would get a refund on the delivery. I had lots of problems and aggrevation.
