The store was very clean and organized. I was greeted immediately and my concerns were heard. I purchased a mattress and a pillow. I will need to go back and get another pillow and a cooling topper after talking to a friend who did the same. I felt the prices were fair for Key West.

Mr. Fernandez was kind enough to fix the bad experience I had because I had placed an order on line where the delivery would be the following day and 5 days later I was still waiting for the order.
