I hate mattress firm so much. I paid almost $400 for the worst sleep of my life and $200 to return it? Worst decision of my life buying this thing. Worst customer service ever.

He used the electronic evaluating machine ( who knew) to identify our best choices and the selection easily found us the perfect choice for 2 80 plus year olds w bad backs! Delightful to deal with him!! Thanks Chris for also arranging next day delivery
