Truth in transparency. Don’t lie to your customers, straight out lie or a lie by omission. Just keep it on the up and up. Because when that ONE omission is staring a customer in the face, they wonder what else you didn’t think was important enough to tell them. LET THE CUSTOMER DECIDE what to do with the info you give them.

We are new residents to the beautiful PNW and needed a new mattress. A friend recommended Mattress Depot. We were greeted by a very witty employee who was quite knowledgeable about his products. We purchased a mattress and then asked about delivery options.
