We were moving my step son into USC and we were needing a mattress for his new apartment. We were lucky enough to find Jim on Craig's List. We went ahead and scheduled a time to meet with him. Went to his shop and it was great. Pretty basic place, but that is what keeps the prices so low. That is what we were looking for. Got my mattress about 3weeks ago. I have slept like a baby since. It was a good price and the service was really good.
I would recommend to anyone. Not being from the area and buying my first mattress for my place at school was somewhat a big question. When we came here there was no doubt in my mind it was the right place. They have great prices that you can't beat and I got my mattress for a steal. I've slept on it for a couple weeks now and I have got the best sleep. Jim is also the nicest guy delivering my bed and setting it up for me at my house. If anyone needs a mattress go here!
Highly recommended! When the mattress we were purchasing came in to the store damaged, we were given an even higher quality mattress for no extra charge. After we got it home and set up, we realized we had the wrong size box springs. We called to let them know, and had the correct size box springs delivered to our home (free of charge) within hours. I cannot say enough positive words about Mattress by Appointment! Even without the upgrade we received, we were still getting a great mattress for a great price.
