After our first daughter moved out on her own, we were looking for a mattress set for a guest room. We wanted a decent mattress for our guests to sleep on but didn't want to spend a lot of money since it won't be used that much. Jim came through for us - a quality mattress at a reasonable price. I highly recommend mattress by appointment. My husband and I purchase mattresses from them a month ago the customer service was awesome, the prices was off the chain, and the store owner was willing to work around my work hours. I bought my mattress on the 14th of January I was debating on which mattress to get. We'll I decided on the top of the line mattress and that was the best decision I have ever made. Not to mention that the prices are very reasonable. I was warned that I would have the best sleep of my life and I truly did. It had been a long time since I had slept that good. Best experience I've had overall! Top quality mattresses at unbelievable prices (never seen a selection more affordable- couldn't believe it!). Exceptional costumer service and extremely reliable. I will never shop anywhere else for a mattress, etc.
