I told him I was in a car accident and ended up with 6 bulging discs and needed a very comfortable mattress for a good night's rest. He recommended the "Mediation Plush Queen" which I bought. I was scheduled for a 5pm delivery "unfortunately" it was raining extremely bad, but leave it up to Dan to delivery before 7pm in the rain. That is awesome customer service. Friendly customer service and knowledgeable. Explained certain things and went above and beyond his duty... Will definitely be returning in near future for my mattress upgrade!!! Keep up good work!!!
