i applied and was denied for an apartment here. on their website it stated I would get a refund on my application fee if their was a denial but have yet to receive it. I’ve contacted them several times with no response. I’ve emailed the owner LAURA & left voicemails. This business is a scam. I don’t care if I paid $10 or $50 , I am supposed to receive my refund and I want my money back NOW
Not upfront about properly information. Not flexible. And man wearing MRI shirt has aggressive and rude attitude. Overall unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with. EDIT: Laura’s only response was so care about her social media. Not her customer.
They were incredibly unobtrusive, polite, accommodating, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I'd like to note my particular appreciation for Laura Mattox, who was always a pleasure to interact with. The halls/common areas were always well maintained as well. Best landlord experience I've had by far. I highly recommend tenancy through them.
