Everything, great food, great service and overall just great!
I just had one of the worst customer experiences of my adult life at Mattito’s in Las Colinas. I entered the largely empty restaurant at about 6:45 PM looking to place a to go order, and was told by the hostess that to go orders were placed at the bar. I sat at the unattended bar for at least 15 minutes, with no one taking my order or even acknowledging my presence. Multiple staff members saw me, but did not greet me or offer to take my order. Mattito’s is my favorite place to go for happy hour! Their Tequila Tuesday specials are delicious and so cheap. Not to mention they give you free snacks if you go between 4 and 6 pm. Also, their brunch is killer!
