Do NOT live in this building - even if you're renting. It is filled with roaches and rodents. There are open trash bins in the garage that have a foul odor and attract rodents. The plumbing is old and decrepit, frequent water shut-offs, hot water is erratic. The elevators are frequently out of order. The management is competent and friendly but there's very little they can do with the failing infrastructure. The whole building needs to be gutted.
