I recommed Dr. Matthys – I have had really good experiences with Dr. Matthys. I was “blessed” with fair skin and am now paying for it with skin cancer. Dr. Mattys is extremely personable and professional physician. He did not rush me in and out like so many other physicians I have interacted with. The Worst Medical Experience of my 43 years!!! – It's apparent the employees have not received Customer Service training at ALL, to inculde the Ofc Mgr. Let me point out, I speak clear English, it is my primary language, & has been my entire life. As a consumer, I ask questions. I asked the receptionist of the document I was about to sign authorizing them to debit my account for procedures up to $250.00 w/o notifying me. Terrible Customer Service – Very similar experience as was mentioned by two other reviewers I read on this review. I received the same credit card or else mandate as with all patients. Front desk staff was very unfriendly to their patients that I saw. Had I not needed to get my proceedure done quickly, I definately would have left. I would not recommend anyone to the business. Run, run, run, away........

Poor Patient Care Services – The office will ask you for a credit or debit card / driver's license and insurance card. What ever is not covered by your insurance will be automatically taken from you checking account or placed on a credit card. They will call you if it is over $250.00 but the total amount will be charged or taken out of checking. I will never step foot in Sunflower again! – I took my son to Sunflower for a skin condition, had the initial visit and set up a follow up vist 3 months out. My son's condition grew worse and he needed to be seen sooner. That visit was good and we set up a new follow up visit. Everything was fine until I recieved a $50 "no-show" charge for the first follow up visit on my bank account.
