I am sad to write a bad review on Matthews-Vu Medical Group, but I had the unfortunate situation where I was charged very unfairly for their mistake. The receptionist first of all made an error with my health insurance causing it to delay, by inserting a wrong insurance ID#. I was never contacted because most likely the same receptionist made an error on my address, address. I found-out when she was confirming her address with me.
