I went in with my Pre-approval offer and my salesman Rob DeGroat was awesome. Didn't push me at all. Actually made sure I took the time to check out all my options before I chose. I only test drove 3 cars but once I drove that 3rd one I was sold. I did get the extra warranty and rust protection but he didn't push them toward me at all. So that was definitely nice to feel like he didn't wanna basically get me in get me out. Thank you Rob and when I look for my next vehicle I will be coming back there.
Ray Leonard helped me get my car. Had such a great experience there, he made sure that I got something within my budget that was safe for my family and met all my needs. The finance clerk made sure that I had the smallest payments possible while working in a five year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. My trade in was only worth maybe 1200 bucks but they gave me 1800. I'm now the proud owner of a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and I honestly couldn't be happier. Huge thanks to Ray and his team.
I will never buy a car from here again. Salesman was very cocky when we bought our vehicle. We traded our vehicle 3 years later at another dealership. I inquired about our purchased warranty via email twice and phone number of times with my husband trying as well with no response from anyone for 3 months. Finally getting a hold of our warranty company and finding out it expired. Now why couldn't anyone at dealership tell us this instead of keeping us wondering? I am extremely aggravated at this place. They repaired my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek after the accident on Reynolds Rd on 10/23/2016. I've only owned the car since May and had to habe $14,298 damages fixed.
