No complaints about my car buying experience but get it serviced elsewhere. Took my Mitsubishi in for a state inspection and was quoted $850 for parts and labor to make the necessary repairs in order to pass the inspection. Took it elsewhere this morning - there's nothing wrong with the car, it passes inspection as it. Do yourself a favor and get your vehicle serviced somewhere else or get a second opinion before giving Matthew's Service Dept ANY of your money! Will be getting ahold of the BBB.

i just bought a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. my salesman Andy Heush went above and beyond to help me get the right car for me, I drove a few there and at other places. I would highly recommend Matthews, and Andy will definitely take the time to take care of you. I must of drove him crazy trying to make a decision but he was so patient , has a great personality and sense of humor too.
We just got our new 2018 eclipse cross and we love it! Andy was amazing to work with and went out of his way to keep us happy! Would definitely go back and would recommend Andy!

Fantastic. We dealt with Andy. We never thought we could afford vehicles from “bigger lots.” However, we were quickly sold on the selection and price of the 2015 Dodge Dart we purchased. Great place, great people, and a great selection of cars. This will be my first stop in a few years when I need to trade my Dakota in.
I was helping my mom get a car. It was our first time at Planet Preowned and it was a great experience all thanks to Ray Leonard. He made it so easy and stress free for my mom. Answered all her questions and got her a great Mitsubishi Outlander. Also thanks to the finance manager who got her a loan with her bank at a great rate with a payment right where she wanted it.
