Good service other than you did not check the tire pressure. Should be at 41, was at 31 when I had to have it checked at a garage 3 hrs from home when going on vacation!
First I have to say that I am very disappointed in the service and sales department. I purchased a vehical from Matthew's on the parkway on the 7th of July. 5 days into owning the vehical the low oil light came on and the car started to smoke. I called and it took 2 weeks to get in to have the car looked at. We were provided a rental and told it was a blown gasket. They replaced the gasket yet the car continued to smoke. A great experience overall, especially the personnel! The atmosphere is upbeat and positive, and we felt that the sales team was extremely helpful. The inventory was a bit sparse, so the color I wanted wasn't available, but the rest of the buying experience was spectacular! I'm thrilled with the car - including its color! I will return to look for the next vehicle our family needs.
