I called in the early hours after my furnace stopped working overnight (dropped down to 50 inside). Matt came to my house first thing in the morning and had me up in running. You don't get service like this anymore! There was no talk of extra fees, or 5 day "priority" like you hear about. Just a REAL HUMAN BEING who puts you first. I can't thank him enough and am now a customer for life.
Matt answered my call at 7:30am the day after Christmas after our furnace died in 3 degree weather. I called four HVAC businesses before trying him, and none were open/willing to come given the holiday. He was at our house within an hour, and then diagnosed the problem, sourced the replacement part, installed it, and had our furnace running again within two hours. Clearly a good guy who is helping people for the right reasons! Will definitely be giving him our business again!
