The customer service rep was rude, failed to inform me my car was ready for pickup on Friday (she notified me on Monday) and then refused to refund me for having to pay for my rental through the weekend when I could picked up my actual car from the shop on Friday.
1 Star : Likely to Recommend They took too long to fix it (several weeks) and when it was returned to me it was not in working order. 3 Star : Repair Quality The body work was done very well but when I received the car back it was not working properly 3 Star : Customer Service They were very polite but never called with updates, I had to check in regularly.

Definitely would not go there again nor would I recommend them to anyone, 0.5 Star : Repair Quality I have a tire pressure light on the dashboard now- the van shakes when driving- front turn signal is shorting out. Stopped there on Saturday and was told to contact them on Tuesday about the issues. 2.5 Star : Customer Service Vehicle was at the shop approx 26 days and I had to contact them for status updates and find out the progress.
