I highly suggest not using this florist. After speaking with Jose, agent 7428, I was assured that the flower spray for mother's funeral would arrive on time before the viewing of her body. On the day of the viewing, I arrive at the funeral home only to find out, it didn't arrive. When I called to inquire why the flower spray didn't arrive, I was given an extremely poor excuse for why it couldn't be delivered.
