Unprofessional
The receptionist are not considerate. Blatantly speaks rudely of other clients in-front of the waiting area WHERE CLIENTS SIT. Speaks loudly about personal lives when other receptionists are on phone calls with clients. Not professional. Puts clients on hold to continue personal conversations.
Nicole at the frontt desk is amazing. I came in 30 mins late and she still got me in. Shes definitely a lifesaver. Hreat customer service.
