MW has followed up with us and has corrected all their deficiencies. We are very happy with their work and follow-up.
We couldn’t be more disappointed. It was a classic bait and switch. The renderings were nothing like the tiny plant specimens that we received. To make matters worse many of the plants are near death. They installed a drip irrigation system and then claim they may be getting too much or too little water. How are we supposed to figure that out? They are reluctant to come to my home and trouble shoot our issues. Everything is done by text with no follow up.
