for this being a free clinic they also take health insurance and I could not get a appt with my DR so I decided to give them a try with my insurance I paid my copay and signed in a I was called back within 15 mins and was even seen within 15 mins so I was impressed at how much faster it was than my Dr office. its a very clean facility and not at all what I expected. So now I go there rather than my Dr.
