What a JOKE!!!! I made an appointment in February of 2018 and the first available time was for April 19, 2018. OMG......ok...so I get to my "Appointment" only to be told I didn't have an appointment. But.....you can sit here all day and "maybe" get seen. Yea.....I'm very upset, and the lady was very rude. Needless to say....I walked out. I really don't think they truly gave a darn. Not a good experience at all. I will go elsewhere.
Matthew walker accepts dental and medical walk ins. Just because you walk in however does not guarantee that you'll be seen. A dental walk in can be anywhere from 30-90 based on your income. They will look at one tooth xray it and give meds and antibiotics if needed. There is no guarantee of any other treatment on the same day. I have a tooth that has been killing me for a few days I call these people and they tell me it will be $50 just to come in and any were from $125 to $400 to get one tooth pulled that is crazy so I called Aspen Dental and they told me $19 to come in and maybe $50 for meds and to pull the tooth guess were I am going today I will get it taken care of today not in 2 weeks
They told me to be here at 2, well when I arrived they said my appointment wasn't till 230. I called for dental and they had me schedule for medical. It's now 430 and im still waiting. ....4:32
Stay away from this clinic. They prey on the desperate and poor. Had to give a $400 deposit for dentures, a year later, no dentures and I can not get the money refunded. After hours of trying to get a human on the phone, I get the run around,transferred to lines where voice mails are full. Will be seeing my attorney.
Today I went into Matthew Walkers Clinic as a walk in and after sitting there for 2 and half hours was given a come back time 4 hours later. I drove approximately 45 mins back home and waiting 2 hours to go back and be seen. Once arrived, I sit in their waiting room for another hour or so before getting called back into a room to be seen for a prescription refill on my childrens medicine. Yesterday I went to the clinic. I have been running a fever of 104 for the last four days. The wait time was not to bad, but I did have to wait over an hour in the room before the doctor came in. After explaining to her that I have no other symptoms except for running a high fever she said that I had a cold, even though I have no coughing, runny nose, sore throat or sneezing. If you don't have insurance they do sliding scale based on income. When i asked about the charges before being seen they would not give me a straight answer. i could have gone to another doc at uninsured rate for cheaper than what they billed me. Sat for 2 hours for a walk in appointment to be seen for maybe 15 min and still not sure my issue is taken care of. i would not suggest going here if you are able to find another alternative. hope this is helpful :).
