My husband & I both had Dr. Uyermua preform cataract surgery on our eyes several years ago. We both have 20/20 vision. Neither of us have had problems. I highly recommend this fine surgeon. Joan, Wray, CO
Poor customer service, the front people are so confused on what's going on. Had a glasses prescription made and the prescription was off(acceptable human error) but was then told by receptionist Stephanie that it wasn't a error on there part it was whoever I had made the lenses error. So I take my glasses back to where I had them made to found out it's not the lenses its the prescription. Average wait time is listed as 30 minutes, I’ve been waiting for my sister and her appointment has now been over 2 HOURS!!! Unacceptable.
Excellent surgeon. My wife had cataract surgery on both of her eyes by Dr. Uyemura. She now sees 20/20! Cannot ask for better results. He was patient with all our questions and clear in his explanations. His clinical staff was very kind and helpful. We felt very satisfied with our experience.
I Love Dr. Uyemura, he has been my son's eye Dr. since he was 2. I Received a call from a collection office today that I had an unpaid bill with Dr. Uyemura's office from 2015. My Insurance company accepted the claim then rejected it 8 months later. I was just in their office in October and nobody mentioned it to me. The bill was for $105. Now I have a ding on my excellent credit score! I'm so frustrated right now, all over $105. Great Dr. Bad Procedures!
