I've been to expensive salons in NYC and Matthew Tully is just as good if not better. Ian Flannigan is my stylist, he does a great job with cut and color on my striaght long/shoulder length hair. He gave me ombre highlights a year before anyone had heard of them. Trendy and fun salon in uptown Dallas.
