Matt is top notch. He continually went out of his way to serve us well and made a home that was not initially for sale happen for us. He is very knowledgeable of the market and took the time to learn exactly what we were looking for and showed us homes based on that criteria. Matt truly wants his clients to be happy with their end purchase — and we are just that and more! We couldn’t be more please with Matt’s services. Highly recommend him!
I would have to say being a first time home buyer was very overwhelming. Matthew shead was very helpful through the whole process. Other agents were not successful in finding us a house when we looked before. We had just 2 months to find a home and that we did. A beautiful home no second guessing. Matthew helped us through the process of buying our first home. Although we didn't have much experience or knowledge in home buying, he made sure that we were informed throughout the process and he made it easy and mostly stress free for us, which was not what we expected when deciding to buy a home. When my wife and I started looking for houses we reached out to Matthew and right away he exceeded our expectations. By the next day he already had sent us a list of houses to look at and within a few weeks we had put an offer in and are now in our new home! Matthew answered all of our questions and made sure to keep us updated every step of the process.
