1) Missed that two rooms weren't connected to the furnace 2) Wouldn't come back to the house to check the furnace after the previous home owner fixed the thermostat 3) Paid for a pest inspection but missed mouse droppings and live mice 4) Missed issues with the roof ALL of the issues missed I ended up having to pay for repairs after I bought the house because I didn't know about them prior to purchasing my home.
